Insulating Glass Retrofit   IGR

IGR GIF.gif

Easily Upgrade Operable and Non-Operable Windows and Curtain Walls from the Exterior or Interior Without Replacement

Less is More

Reuse, retrofit, and upcycle. Don't replace.

The concept is simple. The innovation is in how it's done.

Materials

By preserving and upcycling the existing glazing system, we use ~70% fewer materials vs. window replacement, eliminating the cost of demolition and disposal of useful materials into landfills.

Time

Our low-carbon retrofits are pre-fabricated off-site for quality and ease of installation, enabling us to upgrade your facades and windows in no time and cut installation costs by up to 80%.

Money

With no business and occupant disruptions and a faster installation process that requires fewer materials, INOVUES is fully cost-effective solution with up to 10x faster payback and higher ROI.

IGR Key Features & Benefits

Unlike traditional solutions, INOVUES patent-pending breathable system passively vents, eliminating excessive heat and moisture buildup in the insulating cavity, without allowing dirt and dust.

Installs easily and quickly from the interior or exterior, providing minimal disruption to occupants and downtime to operations.

U-Value, Center-of-Glass (CoG) R-Value, Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC), and Visible Light Transmittance (VLT) calculated using methods set by the National Fenestration Ratings Council (NFRC) and the Attachments Energy Rating Council (AERC), together with the industry-standard WINDOW 7.8 and THERM 7.8 software by the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL). U-value / R-value measures the insulating properties of a window. They are reciprocal: a lower U-value / higher R-value indicates better insulation. SHGC measures the amount of solar heat that enters the building through the glass. VLT measures the amount of visible light that passes through the glass — higher VLT generally translates to brighter, naturally lit interiors.
